of over 1,000 working men say:

-Only 29% had regular timings while 66%
stated they use this policy when they need to.

-73% were satisfied with the idea of
working from home

-78% stated they were comfortable with
using flextime to a certain extent.

-62% agreed that their bosses motivate
them to use flexible schedules.

-Men who used this policy said they were
happier, healthier, more motivated and less stressed at their workplace.

-Men stated that they were ready to
receive less monetary compensation for more flexible jobs.

 

The survey shows that one of the main
factors that affect the workforce is flexibility to deal with their needs. This
policy might have some negative aspects too but overall it proves to be
beneficial for the business in today’s world as it makes the employees more competitive
and satisfied and the workforce is the base for every success today.
